Notice: Although this information may be largely applicable worldwide, some is specific to the UK, some to Scotland and some to Shetland in particular. It is not widely known that Scots law is different from English law and hardly known at all that Scots law does not apply in Shetland.

Having said that, I am willing to help anyone who is prepared to get off their arse and take action. The aim is to be able to turn our backs on a corrupt system, neutralise those elements of the State with which we come into contact and live a life of freedom, joy and abundance. Above all, to stay out of the courts.
Be prepared to have your world rocked to the core – nothing is how you think it is.

Some may think that everything is OK, life is a bit hard, but the government is doing its best to look after us. Wrong! Government has only one function and that is to get bigger. To do that, it has to keep us in fear and dependency, keeping us too busy surviving to notice the lie. We live in a world of abundance, but a small number of people above government level have cornered that abundance and conned the rest of us into thinking that we're living in scarcity. I'm not interested in dwelling on the problem - I'm looking for solutions. How can we prevent these criminals interfering with our lives? I think it's pointless trying to fight their system with force or protest, but the pen really is mightier than the sword. We need to be able to turn our backs, stop feeding the beast and just let it die.
You see all sorts of complicated descriptions about how the system works, but I have always believed there must be a simple answer. I was right – the whole of their system relies on a lie so pervasive that nobody sees it and so elegantly simple that nobody realises they've fallen for it. You don't need to learn loads of legal stuff, pay for courses and listen to gurus. You don't have to learn about trusts or anything complicated. None of that stuff is necessary as long as you stay away from their courts and remove their ability to take you there. You just need to change your mindset, open your eyes and realise we've all been duped.
I don’t follow anyone else’s templates. I've done my own research, spent a lot of time in various courts (not to mention prisons and police cells), reached my own conclusions and developed my own methods, all of which are pretty fundamental and difficult for the 'authorities' to challenge because of their simplicity. The most difficult thing is changing you mindset. It's not easy to break free from a lifetime of conditioning - especially when those around you cannot understand they are living in a fantasy. He is most securely imprisoned who cannot see the bars. The breakthrough for me came when I looked into the judge's eyes and realised he was more scared of me than I was of him. Once that eureka moment came, there was no going back.
Digging into Shetland's history gave me a different perspective, which turns out to have implications far beyond these shores. Shetland holds the key to a lot of the world's woes.
It’s early days, but so far I have got six speeding cases in Scottish courts abandoned by the prosecution, have got the prosecution to admit in writing that they will not prosecute me for a routine traffic 'offence' and I drive a car with my own number plates, no tax and no driving licence. The DVLA has declined to prosecute – after it had said it had no option. HMRC (the tax office) has nothing but bluff and bluster. So does the local authority, where none of the councillors or heads of department can show how they have authority. None of these agencies has any answer. Since I started, five Chief Constables have retired in a hurry, the General Counsel at Ofgem and the CEO of VisitScotland also suddenly retired after getting my documentation. They’ve been getting away with it for so long, they think they’re above the law.
We’re working on the question of insurance. In Shetland, nobody has valid motor insurance unless proof can be produced that Shetland is part of Scotland – which it can’t. It only takes 100 people willing to pay their existing insurance premium for the first two years, subsequent years will be around £38. Let us know if you would like to be part of this.
In Shetland we have the benefit that no organisation working under UK or Scottish legislation can show how they have authority here. We get a lot of bluff and bluster, but nobody can show any proof. That's just an extra layer of protection here.
Elsewhere, criminal justice systems throughout the western world are based on a scam at the highest level. Most of us do not realise it, but we all have two personalities – the living man or woman and the legal fiction (often called the strawman), the entity with which all interactions with the State take place. The legal fiction is nearly always written in capital letters and is to be found on your driving licence, tax papers, passport and all official documents. The police and courts will always use it on their documentation. What you must remember is that the legal fiction strawman is not you. Every effort will be made to get you to admit that you are that legal fiction, but it's not you.
The police and courts can only deal with the legal fiction, so the first question to ask is "Can the legal fiction, the entity with which you wish to engage, drive a car (or do anything else it might be accused of)?"
In a criminal case in Scottish courts, the first thing I will be asked is "Are you Stuart Alan Hill?". If I answer "Yes", (as nearly everybody does) the court will immediately assume that I am STUART ALAN HILL, the name of the legal fiction on the court documents. If I answer "I'm Stuart of the family Hill", "I’m Stuart of Forvik", "I’m the man commonly known as Stuart", "I am here as a man" - or anything other than "Yes", the case cannot start because the court has not established jurisdiction – they can only deal with STUART ALAN HILL. I have been told by different sheriffs (the judge in Scottish second tier courts) on a number of occasions, that if I am not the all-capitals STUART ALAN HILL on the court papers, the court has no business with me and that I may go. By doing so, he admits that man in front of him is not the 'person' they want to engage with.
Now, I didn't create STUART ALAN HILL. That was done by some element of the State. It doesn’t really matter who it was – all I need to know is that it was done without my permission and was therefore fraudulent. Many people will work on the hypothesis that there is a trust in operation, which I think may be correct. Received wisdom is to distance yourself from the legal fiction, but I think there is a better way. The State created STUART ALAN HILL and I have the beneficial use of it. That is the trust. However, if it becomes mine, any trust collapses and I retain all rights to the legal fiction. I’ve done this by advertising for three consecutive weeks that I have found STUART ALAN HILL and if anyone has a claim of ownership, they must come forward within 30 days, otherwise I claim allodial (absolute) ownership of STUART ALAN HILL and everything that goes with it. Of course, no representative of the State can claim ownership because that means admitting there are two entities and their game is up.
Although I was able to use the local paper for my advertisements, when another of our people tried to do the same thing, they were refused. The paper will now not accept any material from me, so I am effectively censored. To get around this problem, I’ve set up a website to record those who want to claim their legal fiction 'person'. You can see an example here. The document (the Allodial Claim) on that page is one I show to anyone from the State who wishes to engage with me. They can only see that page on the website – this is what you see if you type in www.weoptout.org. I also have a laminated card like this:

If you are stopped by the police, they will ask to see your driving licence. If (in the UK) you show them a UK licence and are in a car with UK number plates, you are presumed to have given them joinder - a presumed contract with them. You can either rebut that presumption (you are not the ALL CAPS entity on the government documents), but they have no business with the man or woman. The name on your licence is a legal fiction. Can a legal fiction drive a car?. Since the Act of Union in 1707, everybody has had a right to travel without let or hindrance. (It's in your passport if you have one). That was established by treaty – no legislation can overturn a treaty.
I use this every time I'm asked for identification - police, internal airlines etc. I've never had a problem with it.
With what you now know, if you are using DVLA number plates, UK driving licence and vehicle tax (or any other tax), you are knowingly aiding and abetting a fraud. This is the car I drive in Shetland. No tax, no UK driving licence, no UK documentation whatsoever - and no prosecution. It's actually the only road-legal car in Shetland. Everyone else is aiding and abetting a fraud - the notion that the UK has any authority here.
This is the letter from the prosecution saying they are not going to prosecute. I know it says he reserves the right to prosecute in the future, but he had to save face somehow. This was a routine matter for any other motorist. Anyone else would have been in court and convicted in short order.
I haven’t mentioned the word sovereign, but sovereignty and allodial ownership is what this is all about. 'Sovereign' is a word that has been over–used by people who don't know its true meaning. Although it is easy enough to find a definition, Scots law is the only place where I've found its legal derivation. According to The Laws of Scotland, the Crown’s sovereignty in Scotland is the same as its allodial (absolute) ownership of the land. As living men and women, our land is our body - which nobody else can own. The State may presume sovereignty over the legal fiction (until it is challenged), but it can never be sovereign over the men and women without our consent. We give our consent by simply saying "Yes" in the court in any dispute with the State, or by using their licences and other State documents.
I've been censored by the local press and am banned on Facebook after an interview with Laurence Easeman about allodial ownership (which only underlines the importance of this concept). I was sent to jail 3 times for simply challenging the court's jurisdiction, before I found Section 204 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995, which prevents the court from giving a prison sentence if you represent yourself (seems like they don't want us to know about that either). Nobody can answer the question "How did Shetland become part of Scotland?" They don't dispute that there are two entities with names that sound like Stuart Alan Hill, They don't deny operating false courts. Nobody can show how Scottish courts have jurisdiction in Shetland. No wonder they don't want me in their courts. Yes, I'm a bloody nuisance, but I'm clearly doing something right!
Because of these precedents, we now have the means to stay out of these dangerous places, where words have unfamiliar and contradictory meanings, where very expereinced people will try to trip you up at every turn and where everything is a fantasy. As long as you prepare, you should be able to just turn your back and get on with your life - keep all the money you earn and live a life of joy and abundance.
It seems the world is fast getting to the point of no return - where those who've cornered the abundance of this world and convinced the rest of us that we live in scarcity are almost in a position to complete their plans. We are looking into the abyss. Just as there is only a few of them, so it only takes a relatively small number of us to turn the tide. Those few will stand in their truth and will be invincible. I'm calling on you to be one of those few. It's not difficult - it just takes a little courage to start. Once you see your first success there will be no stopping you. We are here to help, but we can't do it for you. Everone has to make their own stand. Time to grow a pair!
